By order of the State Housing Development Agency (MIDA), the construction of  2 residential buildings with 2 entrances, 9 floors, 72 apartments and 1 residential building with 1 entrance, 12 floors, 44 apartments has been started in the Yasamal Residential Complex, located on the outskirts of the Outer Ring Road, Yasamal district, Baku city. 

It should be noted that this is not the only project that Nirsan Consulting Engineers has implemented under the order of MIDA.  Nirsan Consulting Engineers is also involved in the construction of the Ganja Residential Complex and the Hovsan Residential Complex, which is currently under construction.
