As of May 12, 2027, the construction of residential buildings in the GT Residential Complex, located on Azerbaijan Flag Street, Ganja city, by order of the State Housing Construction Agency (MIDA), was started by the “Nirsan Consulting Engineers” company. A professional team of experienced specialists successfully completed the construction of one 9-story and two 12-story buildings within the planned time.

The construction of this complex will be of great importance in solving the tasks set by the head of state to improve the social situation of the population in line with demographic development.
